SERVICES OFFERED
Structural Engineering Consulting: Wood, Steel, and Concrete structures both residential and commercial. This includes design calculations and construction plans with details and notes.

Custom Home Design: Floor plan and elevation design for custom homes.

Drafting: Construction permit drawings for many types of residential and commercial projects.

Title 24 Energy Calculations: Residential homes only

Structural Inspections: This includes an on-site inspection and report stating observations and recommendations. Many types of inspections available: FHA manufactured home foundation inspections, foundation inspections, simple calculations, and framing inspections.

Home Inspections: This is thorough on-site inspection with report listing observations and recommendations.

Please note that this is not a contract to do your job at these prices, rather these prices are the base price that I typically charge. These prices are subject to change and only presented to compare rates for residential work. Typically I use a project specific fixed price contract based on the following rates:

Small Project CAD Drafting - $40/hour

Small Project Structural Engineering - $60/hour

Large Project CAD Drafting - $1.10/ square foot

Large Project Structural Engineering - $0.65/ square foot

Structural Inspections - Starting at $325

Home Inspections - Starting at $295
