We are now offering our same great quality design and construction on additions, including both smaller residential additions and remodels! Thanks to advances in technology, products, and great pricing we have been able to grow our business in a bad market and expand our services. We can deliver equally great service and smart designs for home additions and remodels. By working with our clients to design and build their projects, we are able to guide them to get the most for their money!

PROJECT EXAMPLES

Small Bathroom Rehab - $5,000 Approx. Cost
This project entailed putting the bathroom back together after a mold remediation company had removed a common mold from the floors, wall, and cabinet.

Medium Small Remodel/Rehab - $20,000 Approx. Cost
This project consisted of moving a laundry room wall, repairing a leaking bathroom plumbing in the master and hall bath and remodeling the baths.

Medium Sized Project - 500SF Addition - $60,000 Approx. Cost
This project added two bedrooms and a bathroom to a modest Loomis home. It was done without compromising the look or the flow of the home.

Medium Large Addition - 1000SF Addition - $150,000 Approx. Cost
This project added a master suite and large gameroom to a modest Auburn home. This required reworking the existing roof line and updating other ares of the home.

Large Upscale Addition - 1500SF Addition - $250,000 Approx. Cost
This addition added a custom bar to the gameroom, a second master suite, and wine room. It also included a large covered patio with outdoor living area.

Please note that this is not a contract to do your job at these prices, rather these prices are the base price that we typically charge. These prices are subject to change and only presented to compare rates for residential work. We use a project specific fixed price contract based on the specific requirements of each job. You can use the following rates as a guideline for budgeting your project, however you will need to contact us for an accurate price.

Modest Addition - $110 per square foot

Upscale Addition - $130 per square foot and up!
